Perfect! The key was .transpose() - your working code transposes the matrix before using it. Now the WorldToScreen function:
Transposes the matrix (swaps rows and columns)
Then uses the transposed matrix with the DirectX notation
This should fix the positioning issue and make ESP render correctly across the entire screen!
